Not everyone reads comics, you should be happy the manga was so successful that they created the anime series. Which in turns allowed it to reach a greater success and reach fans that wouldn't have seen it or heard about it before.

There's always that one anime where people will talk about due to the way it will appeal to the mass audience who aren't really into this sort of thing, so I don't really see the problem.
Is it annoying? Sure, especially when it's just another typical shounen genre show, but unfortunately that's just how it is.
Least this isn't as bad when Dragonball Z and Naruto went International from the late 90's/ early 2000's. Those were just something else altogether.

I wanted to start on Durarara and SNK ( I read few of the manga ) since J said they were good, Valvrave, since it looks so great ( seeing from H's screens ) and kyoukai no kanata ( I really love EP 1 but I need to wait until they finish 1 season
