XNA Lara XPS pose mixer tool.

The program is designed to mix the same poses. Under the same type of poses, there are postures with the same number of bones for the same model.
Let's say you have a two-frame battle stand:
first frame and a second frame.
And also separately there is a pose of a smile in which only the facial bones are involved.
As a result, you will get 2 poses in one - both the rack and the smile: Download from "Mediafire":
