And well I'm a whore, don't worry XD and it took me something like 3 years I think ^^

Huuuuuum I'll go for Mirror's Edge Cause I've started it, finished main game and realized I sucked at speed running the levels so I pretty much gave up...then something like a year after came back to it and with a lots of efforts, rage, and one controller sacrifice, I've made it =D Most trophies related websites set the difficulty to obtain the platinum, for that game, to 9.5/10...so yeah, quite proud XD
But on the other hand, those difficulty things are sometime off, as they put a 8/10 for Arkham City and it was actually easy to plat soooo you can't really know unless you tried it yourself >< But I know I've restarted some Mirror's Edge levels so many times that I knew them by heart

Seems tough, I hate when games require speedruns to unlock something. It's stressful! xD

Just plated THPS HD! Meh game but some challenges ^^ 54 plats nooow

Hit level 60 and cleared Inferno difficulty on at least MP1 with all 5 classes in Diablo 3. Not really challenging (anymore) but it certainly was time consuming

Debating on doing the same in Hardcore (only got one high level in HC atm) but I don't know. Hated leveling a couple of those classes in softcore and not being able to die would likely make me hate the process even more.
