EDIT: I actually prefer one porter porting the same character as there's a tendency for bones to be named the same and therefore makes reusing poses an easy task (lookit Natsu).

Doesn't matter who ports who... shoulder 1 moves shoulder 2 moves elbows move wrists and if adjusters are there use 'em and if there are breast bones use em even more...
