Experts help is needed with Model

Hi,

I've been working on Kenshiro's Model for Xnalara and I am a newbie and this is as far as I am getting



As you can see I need some help with it


My biggest problems are his eyes



These are Ryo Hyabusa eyes as I cant apply Ken's on as it does not fit well


Then there are the shoulders








and lastly the worst is the hand






I tried fixing it with weight painting for hours and days couldn't fix it AT ALL

Here it is in blender and you can see what I tried to do but it did not work





And lastly the texture, I tried my bets to fix the texture so it looks right but I couldn't do. I tried texture grouping and all that but no good.
SO, Any expert out there willing to help me or take over and finish it?

I've been stuck for months now trying but no good.

I'll be honest with you this is my first model so I might need your help A LOT.

Would you like me to put the link so you might know what your getting your self into to

And what do you think from the look of it is it doable, especially with the eye and the hand cause everyone I asked seemed to not know how to fix them

Weights are probably simple, the blocky hair is easily fixed, and so are the eyelashes. Upload it

What do you think about the eyes? can Kenshiro's eye texture be applied to fit on it? or do we have to get the eyes of the original obj model?
