if you talk about ashley, there was no script, only the pmd viewer and the .obj format, it was handrigged

Hum, it was a specific program for the game .pmd but like i said they don't have any bones yeah

np. weights good? i noticed in gun model a couple uvs were bad but i looked at the data and several uvs were really set at (0,0). in game i think she uses gloveless hands but i think she looks cooler with them black gloves on hahaha.

This one had perfect weights. Had just one UV problem in the tear duct mesh but otherwise still perfect.

cool thanks i'll check that mesh out, though like gun i think it's developer laziness lol.

Thanks for the Rebecca release! (and the tool update semory).

Question for ya: is there an easy way to resize the character meshes (head and I'm guessing hands) to be the appropriate size and align it to the correct bone on the body model? I looked through the .txt file for the models but don't really see what (if any) info I should use to help align/scale to fit.
