DOA5U has the same models as DOA5 obviously, only new additions are extra costumes and new characters. and some new hairstyles.

The lobot mentioned it before in the DOA5 game thread, but I also feel like the lighting seems to altered or just better in this. Very noticeable if you perve at the girls in their bikinis. Their skin tends to be highlighted alot more.
But yeah, models shouldn't really be much different anyway other than the new additions, costumes and characters.

LOL Japanese devs are known for recycling and reusing stuff, whether they're sprites or game models, and I don't think DOA5U is any exception. If there are any differences, they'd be really, really small and unnoticeable to the untrained eye.
