Hmmmm....

...if the models were ported and shared here... I'd like to think they're basically... rigged already.

When imported to 3ds Max or Maya theres a few issues. One of them is having to re-rig the model into maya or 3ds format.

Use mariokart64n's xnalara import/export script for max. Can't give you a link right now just do a google search. Or use the existing DoA5 tools to get the models without having to use xnalara.

I agree.

The material is very soft to the touch. As a result, the outfit is not only functional, but also comfortable. This combination of comfort and class is a must for any school girl. Now....as for the model being ported to XNA..well, you're just going to have to hold on to whatever horses you have in your possession and wait.
