Yeah the Virtua Fighter girls don't get the luxury of bunny costumes. Only the bikini swimsuits and Santa outfits for now.

So KamsonX just released Zack Island, but I don't have a thong Kasumi to put in there lol If I were to extract the model somehow is it possible to just switch a few files around with the previously released bikini or am I looking at hours of conversion work? I don't know the first thing about rigging

If you're at ground zero for modding, yes it'll take some time, but that kind of mod wouldn't take long say if you were going to use an existing character's swimsuit and want to put it on Kasumi instead of her current one once you have some experience in it.motherofass wrote:So KamsonX just released Zack Island, but I don't have a thong Kasumi to put in there lol If I were to extract the model somehow is it possible to just switch a few files around with the previously released bikini or am I looking at hours of conversion work? Kasumi doesn't really have a thong one yet since the 360 didn't get the Vita stuff yet. Porting the X2 suits take more work that the DOA5 ones.

k if it's quicker this way I might attempt it if I can get my hands on the extraction tools. When you say there's no thong because the 360 doesn't have it yet, do you mean the PS3 models are impossible to extract? I have the actual files with the scrambled names (which I believe are identical to 360) but haven't attempt to extract what's inside the files
Edit: Oops my bad, I don't have the scrambled files yet, just the lnk/etc files

I don't know much of the differences, but the latest swimsuit stuff is still only available on Vita, the Cross goods option hasn't activated yet as far as I know. Either way not sure if there's any difference in the extraction process for PS3. Xbox 360 is usually more favorable.motherofass wrote:k if it's quicker this way I might attempt it if I can get my hands on the extraction tools. Xentax's forum is usually the best place to look up DOA tools.

Re: Dead or Alive Series Models
Just wanted to drop a big THANK YOU to all the wonderful people here at Sticklove who contribute ported models, especially these DOA models. I recently finished my first ever XPS pic to celebrate my birthday this year and I used a lot of the models I found here. Feel free to check it out if you can spare the time: http://fav.me/d63whrt
After checking here to post, I just realized that I forgot to use raidergale's recent Lisa Bunny model in my pic. Oh, well...maybe next time around. Thanks again to all Sticklove contributors and moderators; and I hope you'll all continue to keep up the good work (and try to have fun while doing it). Take care!
