I only remember seeing a Kasumi model & Kokoro head as far as older DOA models go. I don't know who extracted them, or what's involved in the process, so I'm not sure if anything will happen with them in the near future.

Unfortunately, there's even less people that rig from scratch than those that port. It would really depend on someone being either really motivated or really capable in order to make that one happen.
