I was going to PM you and say I actually decided to keep all the 3 ponytail bones for each piece, but I see you did the same

Yeah i decided to just name the center ponytail like you did previously so people just would need to adjust the other two...but i'm glad you left them too xD
I actually left all bones that do sth sensefull so yeah.. there are a lot xD but i actually like the rigging of these models and when they are renamed sensefully they are easily useable actually

I ended up naming them a bit differently though

But oh well, hair's not that hard to pose anyway XD

NOTES:

- backface culling in any way isn't good for her dress
- dress bones and ribbon bones are renamed in a logical order. Dress bones always go from left to right 1-11
- evrything is original bones, tried to parent those ribbons sensefully but srsly the rig of those is...not quite logical but useable.

This is beyond awesome, thank you so much for releasing her.

BTW Angela, I found some very minor issue. Sarah's left ring finger bones are named finger 4, a and c respectively. I've fixed this in my download but just thought I'd give you a heads up in case you want to fix it.
