Thanks for the extra suggestions. Will still stick w/ Blender, must find moarrr time, 
Tutorials I'm running into are killing me, none seem to hit the points I need,
First issue, when I attempt to render in Blender I'm still getting only a white-ish view without the textures showing up. Textures and stuff are selected. >_> Suggestions?
