Rendered with XNALara, Levels and Color Adjustment layers plus High Pass filter with PS CS3, and finalized with images boxed in Clipping Paths, dialogue text and balloons in Illustrator CS3.

Not bad, PWA! Cool storyboarding so far.

For a while, I couldn't even understand what the "story" was about because I instinctively read it all right-to-left, Manga style.

Do you have full-sized versions of these too?
