Her arms are so frail and thin. Are they like that in game too?

Yeah it's the way they are designed. So much emphasis is put into the heads, making them have pretty faces and beautiful hair, whilst the rest of the body gets shafted.

You should see Serah, she is even worse and ridiculously skinny. And for Fang, it makes her look really tall.
