Has no one really exported it? Forest law model TTT2

Hi guys, I'm Noise, I came to this forum to ask something specific, what tool can I use to export tekken tag 2 models ????, I'm willing to export the Forest Law to .xps, since nobody has done it and it's my favorite character. 
I know about xbdcompress but I don't know where to download it, what do you recommend me to do?
