Hello, again.
I, uhh... I have another problem. So, I downloaded the Trails of Cold Steel 3 models, and they are all on FBX. What I tried to do was convert the FBX model directly into mesh.ascii from Noesis.
Apart from the model being extremely tiny, once I applied the textures to the model, I tried rotating the bones.
Issue is... This happened:
(for context, i only moved the arms and a shoulder)
Is it because of the direct conversion from Noesis or...?

Zip up the mesh.ascii and post it.
