I bet its a simple solution but I have the newest XPS Version (http://www.core-design.com/community_xps.html - 11.8.9 Version) and I downloaded a bunch of XNA/XPS files from the Deviantgroup. I get no error messages when I try to load in an XPS Model, but they just wont show up.

Also I have a XPS File but I get the "no mesh file" Error Message, I googled and got told its probably no XPS file, but it is.

I really appreciate any help!

Make sure the folder with the model doesn't have any subfolders. For example, you can have "data/[game]/Character[.xps is in here]", but you can't have "data/[game]/Character[.xps is in here]/Costume 2"

Only things the folder must contain are textures and an .xps or .mesh file
