Tekken 7 Ripping

Hi!
I'm new to ripping... like... brand new. Trying to get into it so I can get the models I want!
I'm using NinjaRipper but even after making sure the parameters were decent, I go into the game under character customization and hit my hotkey however the game doesn't freeze to rip. I'm honestly thinking it's not even registering that I'm trying to do it.
Anyone have any pro tips and tricks that might help me out here? I'm wanting to move on to other games eventually but right now Tekken 7 is the main one
