The normals seem to be messed up somehow, but I've exported from this game before and not had this issue... Can anyone tell me what I might've done wrong?

If you switch normals off in the preview and the black thingies go away, it's definitely normals. But if this one is like you exported it, then you have made no errors. Either that, or they were originally DDS format and converted in a wrong way. There's not enough info in this map that could be used to rebuild anything that remotely resembles a typical tangent space normal map. That's my take on it.
In what program you did the preview? This may be eventually pure white lightmaps, but you don't list lightmaps here.

It's almost like there's another model in there (a duplicate), with missing textures (black). The bump map is wrong as well though, it should be blue/purple, but I don't think that causes black patches on the model...
