All models have original bones, thanks to id-daemon, however 007 Legends and Goldeneye Reloaded used morphs for facial expressions and thus only have basic bones in the head, so you may need/want to add your own. Le Chiffre, Dominic Greene and any from Quantum of Solace have original bones. More to come...

Re: 007 models
Unfortunately not. You can only rip with Ninja Ripper, because as far as I'm aware nobody made a tool that can get into the game engine, even though it's essentially working off the same one as the Infinity Ward COD games. :/
Re: 007 models
MASSIVE UPDATE!
So, I've decided to make these public, in case anyone wanted to have a play around with them. I've since come across a tool that allows the models to be extracted with their rigs and weights intact (as far as I can tell, haven't tested them all) but everything should be there. You can see from the original post (which I've edited) that many of the models used morphs instead of bones for face animations, so some don't have face rigs, but you guys are talented and can probably come up with solid ones of your own.
