It's unlikely that another person baked them in just the same way as you did. So this is strange. But I have no proof other than that guy's preview image and the time of uploading, which isn't enough of course.

Great work on Vergil.
But how did you bake these lightmaps? They are odd, way too dark. I've made them lighter myself, but you should fix it as well (in Photoshop or rebake them), he will look much better then. Also, lightmaps for eyes and hair aren't needed. XD

I don't think that's necessary tbh, more versions of the same models will pop up on dA in the future, there is nothing to do about it. It's not a bad thing, actually, people can choose which version they personally like best.
