The new kombat pack? They aren't bringing it to PC so it's not possible.

oh damn that sucks so im taking it that they aint for the mobile version neither?, what about the new skins for the regular mkx characters?

Not at the minute, no. They don't add new stuff to the mobile version frequently. Not sure about outfits for PC version.
