You're gonna have to wait for that one on PC because PS4 and XBone formats haven't been cracked yet.

Return to Arkham is not coming to pc, further more the armored skins are exclusive to the wiiu version. So other than waiting for somebody to crack the wiiu version your best bet is meshmod.
