Interesting to see how Tecmo Koei's Samurai Warriors series will be getting an anime adaptation.

Tecmo KOEI announced at its Sengoku Musou 10th Anniversary Presentation event on Friday that a television anime adaptation of its Sengoku Musou (Samurai Warriors) games has been green-lit. The Sengoku Musou SP Sanada no Shō (Samurai Warriors Special: Sanada's Chapter) anime will premiere this March.

Since Capcom's Sengoku Basara had quite a successful anime series too, it's nice to have some more going for it.

well, when two men try and go out of their way to meet and make their bloods boil hahahahahahahahaha
wasn't bad though; wonder if there were any console version of the game? i remember there was a model of kasuga floating around somewhere...?

Yeah Sengoku Basara is much more over the top and into the more Anime side of things, and it's also their portrayal of the figures that makes it.

They've had games since the PS2 days, the 4th game will be coming out for PS3 for early 2014.
