Did you get errors with the model during the conversion process? A user shared the models on facepunch and when I was messing around with them I had several issues pop up regarding bone weights. Just wondering if that person's models weren't extracted properly or if something is wrong on my end (I don't own the game so I can't get the models myself).
Either way, thank you for the releases and coloring the textures. How much time/effort does it take? I hope once the game comes out some enterprising folks figure out a way to color the textures properly instead of doing it by hand.

yeah, each vertex can be associated with up to 8 bones, more than xnalara/xps can handle. that's why gildor said weights were wonky in his viewer.
