Has anyone ever managed to extract the Andrew Ryan model from BioShock 2?

Basically I've liked that version of Ryan a lot and wanted to see if anyone had managed to extract him, but alias I am fruitless right now.
I know I full model was indeed made, as I found out on on the wikipage for him but no luck from there.

Has anyone ever managed to extract his model and texture??

To give context on what model I'm refering to:
