Re: One Piece Series
you must decrypt them first
to do that you need a license key and a RAP file
license key is easy to get using aldostools
RAP file is hard; requires knowing someone with a jailbroken PS3 who has the game

Re: One Piece Series
only if you want DLC that you can't find online.
if the files you want are online, then it goes something like this:
Find DLC PKG file.
1. You want DLC.
2. Look for PKG file for it online.
3. Can't find PKG file online? Then you must buy it and trap it using Wireshark or some other tool.
4. If it's free DLC, try PSNStuff program, you may find a link to the PKG file.
Extract PKG file.
1. Use PKGView to extract the files.
2. Anything EDAT is usually stuff you want to decrypt.
3. Sometimes though, files are not encrypted (like Tekken Revolution).
Decrypt EDAT files
1. More than likely, the EDAT files are encrypted. Bad news.
2. To decrypt, you need kdev-license and RIF/RAP file. Both come from inside the PS3.
3. Either learn to hack your PS3 or you may find them posted online somewhere.
4. Download TruAncestor EDAT Rebuilder.
5. Put rap file and EDAT files in their respective folders.
6. Run TruAncestor EDAT Rebuilder.
7. It will see the DLC EDAT files and ask you where is the RAP file and what is the key.
8. If you have them both, done.
9. If you don't, well, nothing you can do.
