As long as there are no major underlining engine and system changes between the Ultimate and the Arcade versions, it could be possible for the character be patched/DLC though.

And I guess they needed this character to bring in the Rori Pedo crowd.

Yeah, I was about to comment on how they included a small breasted character in DOA I wonder how the OMG mode would work with her without looking even more ridiculous than it already is

So "Mary/Marie Rose" as the official translation, is to be fast (I wonder if it's Ninja or Alpha levels of fast or even more) and no surprise, the smallest character. Also fights with the Russian Martial Art of "Systema".
