Just like Deathstroke's fish scale type texture, those were created by the engine and were not on the texture. You could mod the fishnets on if you desired.

well they are, they are microbumps, and can be found in the startup.xxx file

well no they wherent meant for her, theyre also used by other charcters but its just the normal maps not the diffuse, same with deathstroke scales.
