have you tried to make the 2nd light source pure black ? it would make her specmaps appear more like in the screen

When I make Tina renders in XNA I always let the 2nd light source (black) hit the face and eyes so that her eyes would be like the ingame one, also if you are using XPS, give it a subtle bloom with medium to high blur and you almost get the same quality as the ingame one

I did my own attempt on that one with both the bikini models before.

But yeah as above, I use all light sources and always make the second one black or dark grey too, that way you get the nice sheen that the DOA models always have, especially for their eyes, that is a MUST! When you look at them in-game, they are just too pretty. Christies sensual stare in Eliot's "Milk" chapter is a perfect example of that.
