ummmm, i wasnt sure where to ask this xD

but since its a tutorial im after, maybe there could be a tutorial request thread maybe?

anyways main reason for this post, was wondering if there are any tutorials for Blender 2.49b on:
1. How to combine 2 armatures together.
2. How to add bones to an already made armature.

i dunno if they are the same or whatnot >.< but i had a go at rigging and pretty much failed miserably lool it would be nice to learn since ive downloaded some sims 2 hair that i want to rig n what not xD

any help would be appreciated ^^ thanks :D

Okay, I can mildly help w/ this one. :XD: I don't think we have a sticklove version, but here are the ones I used to learn it. Essentially it involves having skeletons on two different layers and merging the unique pieces of each together. Hope that helps :thumbup:

Hi, can anyone help me how to start with a model with obj and Mtl files which were seen in Noesis often? Some models are from Model resource I want to know how to rig bones with body parts. The file has some textures but does not show bones. And what of DAE file? It has textures but it does mess up body parts... How could I fix it anyway? How to convert them to XPS? Should I use Blender? I'm no expert but I would like to know for tutorial.
I'm nobody worth for the world.

1) --> Tutorial: rigging a simple model - part I
2a) --> Yes, fix it using Blender.
2b) --> You can use Blender. And you can use Noesis --> viewtopic.php?f=17&t=1139
2c) --> No time. Use Google!
