It's typically a problem with the face. The costume is probably possible, which in that case isn't really a bad idea, because the samurai one is pretty awesome.
If somebody intends to use the costume for another character, I can check into it, but I figured without the character's face most haven't bother with the costumes for those characters.
deronar has some nicely and fully extracted Akira and Rig models on his page. Unfortunately either these are not meant for public consumption or are Kamil-exclusive. If it's Kamil-exclusive you'll at least still get it some way.
BTW Sandy awesome work on Pai! Now you gotta render those poses in Blender Cycles.
