Thanks to howfie for the file. Original weights with 'homemade' armature (:P).

Some posing advice:
- hair: move all hair bones that have the same name (like 'a' or 'b') together
- legs: there are no thighs, pose the skirt as if it is covering the 'invisible' thighs (a bit difficult but can be done)
- use the 'rotate' option for eyelids and eyebrows, some 'moving' might be needed as well for the best result

Keep her in character please.
