For anyone too lazy to rename bones, here's a BoneDict for XPS. Just place it in the XPS main folder and once you load up your B:AK character .mesh.ascii it will rename the basic bones automatically to names compatible with most poses. You will still need to rename anything additional like skirts, h...

Shared Eye textures for anyone who needs them (Eye_High.tga is a combined one i did, you have to put the Iris on the eyewhites (alpha channel of eyewhites helps really good) and eventually recolor them if there's no Irirs coming with your character):
