I am working on alex brand model, but the bump map for the hair is missing and i don't know how to create one. And how to T pose a model?

thanks i managed to extract the models after following the tutorial.
and i am planning to get Gears of Wars Judgement and the page says that "You must use command line option "-game=gowj" ", what does it mean? can i just extract the models the way i extract AVA model?

I managed to extract the UPK files, and got Texture2D files which can't be opened on 3ds max.
anybody can help me the 3ds max importer?
